I got my '180 books from Hitachi (there were two) and my '280 books from
Zilog.  I was working for TRW at the time I asked for them, and wasn't
given any static about paying for them.  Note the '180 has bastard pin
spacing in the DIP package version, sockets are hard to come by.

Any distributor can give you the phone number of the local sales office.
