Does anyone have any experience with this software.  I FTP'd a copy
from nisc.nyser.net but have been unable to get it to work.  I am
using it in conjunction with PC/TCP Version 2.03 kernel, as required,
but whenever I try to query an SNMP agent, I always get back the
error message:

communications error: cannot find local host address

PC/TCP is installed correctly.  It has been running on my PC without
a hitch for several months.  Understandably, the guys at NYSER don't
offer support for the public domain stuff.
