Does anyone know what the status of IEEE 1074 is?  I've got a draft
P1074 (proposed standard), dated March 1988.  

1074 describes all the activities for software lifecycle development.
Its more or less like DoD-2167, but scaled for commercial applications
and less "jargonized."
