I need to convert some System/36 COBOL programs to Microfocus COBOL.
The S/36 programs take advantage of the "block mode" input and various
smarts of the S/36, eg defining the screen, fields, etc in files.

I'm looking for code which will provide the same, equivalent or close
functionality as the S/36 to minimise the porting effort.
