I'm looking for a simple phase-of-the-moon program, to produce a
single-line text string appropriate for use in mail headers.  You
know, like

	Phase-of-Moon: Two days before full.

or

	Phase-of-Moon: Gibbous and on the wane.

I've seen Jef Poskanzer's phoon, but it doesn't do what I want.  (I'm
also suspicious of the algorithm it uses.)  

Any pointers would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance!
