I am in need of sources to

 - uuencode/decode
 - shar

in order to make up some things to post to the net.

I am running under MSDOS and VAXVMS, not Unix, and hence anything specific
to these environments would be a help.

Failing that, I am quite happy to port the Unix source if anyone has it. I
am sure the job would be relatively trivial.
