I have owned 3 Seagate drives ( ST251-0, ST251-1, ST296N ). The 251-0 was in my 2000 for about 4 months, the 251-1 for almost a year. The 296N is sitting in my CompuAdd 12-Mhz 286 (Akk!). All have performed flawlessly. BTW, my Dell 310 has a Priam 150 meg ESDI drive, which is built like a tank, sounds like a jet engine while spinning up, and SCREAMS! As Jerry Pournelle ( no flames, please ) would say, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Brad Holman, Tandy R&D, too new to the net to have a signature.
