It currently has the standard 512K with 256Kbit chips. I'd like to upgrade it to 2MB using 1 Mbit chips, but the documentation seems to have found a good hiding place in my last move. Can anyone tell me the device types, speed, organization (1Mx1 or 256Kx4), etc. I need for the upgrade. Also, aside from standard static precautions, is there anything special I need to know to do the upgrade (jumpers to set, ...). Thanks in advance, Jon Watts
