	I have been having some trouble with programs that I have
written running under ARP 1.3. Specifically, my version of CoreWar ran
fine with the old (1.2) file requesters, but GURU's (or even worse, cold
boots) under the 1.3 version after coming back from the requester.
	It would appear that the requester itself works fine, but is
returning something different, or is affecting some other portion of the
system that the old requester didn't touch.
	Have there been any releases of the ARP 1.3 header files and/or
programmer docs?
