Thanks for the people eho mailed me with offers of help on the A590
unit problems. My thankyou Email bounced back, so I'm posting.

The unit was simply formatted by an unexperienced owner that had
no installation disk. It is so simple and so simple to cure -
by a power user who has access to international nets. Simple
indeed.

The problem was solved by bringing a new installation disk from
Europe via a personal currier, in a matter of days. For those who
wonder why a local dealer could not help, please re-read my address.
There is no 'dealer' here, not in the American sense of the word.
Users order programs by mailorder from the USA and support themselves -
or else.
