My Apollo sales rep just told me that a 700 MB external winchester
drive would cost me $14,000 list. That seems a little steep to me, so
does anyone have any recommendations for an external 5 1/4" winchester
drive to plug into the AT-Bus? Any notes on how much I/O performance
is lost by using another vendor? How much (if any) transparency is
lost? And the big question...How much MONEY would I save?-)
