The SR9.7 GPIO release tapes come with a number of sample drivers which are installed in the /domain_examples directory. Apollo has these "CPU configuration" worksheets (actually little cardboard cards) which list the reserved interrupt lines and device addresses for each of the different CPU types and the various standard Apollo devices.
