Stoffel) Followup-To: comp.sys.atari.st Organization: If I had one would I be here ?!? Lines: 23 The header says it all !! But for those for whom this isn't enough information --> Three days ago I noticed some strange (stranger than normal that is) behavior from the 'battery-backed clock' in my Supra'Drive' 30MB harddisk drive (aside: are there any kinds of harddisks that aren't drives ?). The time was not correct !! I would then set it and all would be fine until the next time I turned it on. At that point it would now be set to the time that I had SHUT-it-OFF the day/hours before. And then last night (my time!) it was set to some completely outlandish time in the 21st century. I'm assuming that the battery is dead since the harddrive clock still works as long as the machine is on. The question : Has anybody had to replace the battery in one of these things lately & how hard is it to do ?? E-mail all replies !! If there is enough(ANY) interest in the outcome of this little escapade I'll summarize and post. Andy :-) ps. Anybody know if SUPRA watches this group ?? Or have a current phone number for them ??
