There happens to be this great firm based in Hilton Head Island, SC, called 
"Southern Cartridge Service".  They sell new (and re-manufactured) laser 
printer toner cartridges at great prices.  And they're a pleasure to deal
with - friendly, helpful, and no hassles.  I know this because my dad's
