What I do now is reset the video mode and restore the color table, but it is a little slow. Is there a faster way to do this? 2) What's the routine number to go into 640x480 with 256 colors? The book on VGA programming I have only gives the routine for 320x200x256. I know my card will do 640x480x256, but I don't know how to tell it to go into that mode.
