I have used Microstuff's REMOTE. This was an older system which has since been replaced by REMOTE2. I have also used Carbon Copy 5.0 which is a newer product. i was extremely satisfied with it. It gave me complete control over the remote system (which was my office PC which was also connected in to a multi-node Novell system).
