I recently downloaded a program called AT-SLOW (written by David Kiel,
Better Software) which slows down an AT (for gameplaying or ...).
The documentation states that the highspeed INT 70h (1024Hz) hardware
interrupt is used instead of the ordinary low speed INT x (18Hz).
I can't find any documentation of this interrupt in my IBM AT Technical
Reference manual. The interrupt seems to bee disabled normally. How do
I enable it (of course after installing my interrupt handler)?

Any suggestions where I can find information about this feature of the AT
is highly appreciated. Can You supply it?
