I just received a mailer from Central Point Software offering an upgrade
from PC TOOLS 5.0 to 5.5 for $20.   Has anybody purchased 5.5 and is it
worth the cost of an upgrade?  Or should I wait?

I apologize if this has been discussed already.  I have been off the
net for four months.
