(That's why I carry a board with me when I go to the US). In addition, IBM software is needed (KEYBHE) which must be purchased. It can be bought in Israel with no problems, I don't know if it can be purchased elsewhere. On a VGA the situation is different because alternate fonts are employed by software (using codepages). For a VGA, ONLY software is needed. This can be purchased in the same way as the software mentioned in the previous paragraph.
