I remember seeing discussion here on a 68K based part with onboard ROM or
RAM, serial and parallel ports: your basic single chip device controller.
This was not the soon to be released '020 based part from Motorola, but an
'010 based device from (I think) Signetics.  Of course I didn't need one
then, and do now, so I'd appreciate it if anyone could email me the part
number and manufacturer(s), also if anyone has any experience using one, I'd
like to hear any testimonials or problems you may have had. I'll summarize
any such responses back to the net.
