It is based on a 68010 core with on board DMA, serial port, parallel ports, etc. They also have a companion chip that has a DRAM interface and complete video controller on board. Take these two chips, add DRAM and a couple of discrete logic gates and volia! a complete 68K computer. They have an evaluation board like this with OS-9 in ROM.
