The other day I turned on my MAC (256 color 13" Monitor MACII) and it looked
strange.  After looking at it for a while, I realized that the black border around
the display area was wider, and the display area correspondingly slightly smaller.

Is this something I need to be concerned about?  Will it get worse?
Even if it is not serious, how can I fix it?
