I just called the Chip Merchant in San Diego, $129 for 100ns low profile.
They don't take credit cards though. (619) 268-4774

The Hardware House in Philadelphia is $135, (800) RAM-4MAC.

Disclamer: I have not purchased memory from these companies, just calling 
to get phone quotes.
