It still doesn't work for me. Keywords: Red Ryder 10.3 Kermit Message-ID: <2081@csuna.csun.edu> Date: 14 Jul 89 02:17:03 GMT Organization: CSU Northridge Lines: 11 I appreciate the various responses to my Kermit postings. But, I still cannot get RR10.3 Kermit to work for me. RR9.4 works most of the time, and Kermit 0.9(40) ALWAYS works, but RR10.3 never works. I have tried fiddling with the line settings: logging in at 7E1 and setting remote Kermit parity to Even; logging in at 8N1 and setting remote Kermit to parity None (interstingly, the Kermit chooses the character length based on parity). I have an anchor Signalman Mark XII, 1200 baud dialin to Micom (6600 series?) port selector. I repeat, Kermit 0.9(40) always works without me having to change any settings when logged in at 8N1; RR10.3 always hangs after "received first packet." Any further suggestions? Will RR11.0 have a real *server* mode?
