I have need of an INIT or CDEV that will display a MacPaint or PICT file as a background screen on a Mac II. Nothing fancy; I don't even need color, although the Mac II this is intended for is a color setup (8-bit). I simply need to display a warning that cannot be erased by your common Joe User. We run a public demonstration facility, and are trying to educate those people that think, "If it's on a University machine, I can copy it."
