Does any body out there in Net-Land know of a Utility or Tool that will convert
Bit-mapped graphic images into text?  Text like you used to see when your best
friend and you were getting "Computerized" at the state/county fair.

I have some pictures that I would like to be able to display onto any
text-oriented terminal (like a VT-100).
