  Already done. There's a newer version of ApplicationMenu that coexists
with Scroll Limit 1.0. Also, Scroll Limit 1.1 is currently being tested,
and should be ready for release on Monday. It now works correctly with
any application that calls _TrackControl (including MacApp programs),
and it no longer patches _WaitMouseUp.
