What applications are available to create and manipulate "snd"
resources?  Are there applications available that can manipulate a variety
of sound resource types?  If so, what are the names of these applications
and where can I can buy them?  We are trying to take sounds in other
formats and convert them to "snd" resources without "writing a little C
program" to do it.
