Can someone tell me the latest available version of the
Sound Manager? It seems that the version that comes
with 6.0.2, version 1/2 I believe, is quite incomplete,
(e.g. the 8 amplitude bits are ignored for wave-table synthesis)
and has some well-documented but nevertheless troublesome bugs
(e.g. syncCmd decrements incorrectly). Is there something newer?
