    Can anyone point me to a reference describing the API to the
LaserWriter PDEF code resource with ID 10?  This is a low-level
printer interface, and I haven't been able to fully decipher it based
on the one application I have found which uses the resource.  This
isn't described in IM, and nobody here has been able to help out.  I
have a request in to Mac DTS, but I suspect I'll get better turnaround
from the net.
