I have a Postscript stroke font that I have used on local (Dec) printers
with success by pre-pending it to the file I wish to print.  Is there a
mechanism that lets me convert this font and add it to the Macintosh so it
looks like a "normal" Mac font?

What do I do about font widths and the screen version of the font?  I
can live with having the screen font look ugly, by the way.
