Let's get that right.  Concurrent did not purchase MASSCOMP (even
though it may seem that way).  MASSCOMP purchased Concurrent
but changed its name to Concurrent.  The Concurrent stock holders
got new certificates not the MASSCOMP stock holders.  MASSCOMP's
Board was kept in-tack with 2 changes.  Jim Simms was named as
the President and one new member was added (a retired Naval
Adm. who's name escapes me at the moment.)

Just trying to set the record straight.
