Message-ID: <6023@rpi.edu> Date: 16 Jul 89 00:32:42 GMT Sender: usenet@rpi.edu Organization: Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY Lines: 12 I am interested in organizing a computer system for a small business. It would need at least 6 terminals (e.g., VT100s) and 2 standard impact printers connected to one computer. What hardware and/or software would I need to accomplish this on a NeXT? Where can I get it? A couple other questions: Will NeXT sell machines ONLY through universities, or can businesses purchase them, too? Is there a limit to how many a student/business can purchase? When is System 1.0 supposed to become available? And finally, has anyone, like for instance Microsoft, promised NeXT versions of their software? Please send replies to rwf@mts.rpi.edu. Thanks.
