Where can I get public-domain versions of TeX and METAFONT for the PC?  Also,
how about a PD screen previewer for `.dvi' files (again, for the PC)?  I seem
to recall hearing that someone in Virginia distributes such things for a small
fee, but I don't have this person's address.
