What *is* on the system? 3.0 is a version of ULTRIX, but not the ULTRIX Worksystem Software (UWS). Standard X11 from MIT will work as well. The 33MB disk is too small to be used by the system, although you could use it for /tmp and swap (for example). You can run diskless. But as there is no such thing as a DECstation2000 so I am not sure to what you refer. Fred
