There is a small problem with one of the Makefiles in the GoodNeWS
release.  In tools/mterm, the Makefile uses a default rule to build
mterm from mterm.ps.  However, the files are not supposed to be the
same, so make zaps the true mterm.  I fixed up the makefile, although
it might be better to rename mterm.ps.
