Prentice Hall was originally going to put out a diskette, but it just never happened. They've given me the go ahead to make the code available on the net. As soon as I have a chance to package it up and find a publicly accessible place for it, I'll set it up. Incidently, I'd really appreciate any bug reports, as well as reports of mistakes in the text, inaccuracies, typos, or whatever, if anyone takes the time.
