hi.  i'm looking for xterm escape sequences to:
	set the label (i've figured this out, since it's the
		same as under SunView, which i have documen-
		tation for)
	set the icon label
	set the icon
	open a window
	close a window
	hard-resize a window (e.g. to 80x32 chars)
	move a window (e.g. to upper-left corner)
	raise a window to the top
and, if such beasts exist, to:
	change fonts (normal and bold)
	change the label font
	change the icon label font
	change colors on a color display
please email me, since i don't read this newsgroup very often.

oh, and p.s. - does anyone know how to display ascii codes with
the high bit set (ISO international characters) to an xterm?
when i try just printing them, the high bits seem to be ignored.

i'm running X11R2 on sun 3/50's and 3/60's, and using twm.
