Compiling Bash 1.02 on a Genix 4.1 system, one gets a complaint, in
mailcheck.c, of MAXPATHLEN being undefined, because it's not in the
include files.

There is a missing

#ifndef MAXPATHLEN
#define MAXPATHLEN 1024
#endif
