    Hi, 
        I am working on a project for a class that involves C++ but, oddly
   enough, we don't have access to a C++ book.  Does anyone have an on-line
   manual or tutorial or reference guide which explains some of the basics
   of C++?  I would appreciate getting a copy immensely!
