Why do I sometimes get plagued with "signal 5 Trace/BPT trap" when trying to continue from a breakpoint? 2. Does anyone have a port of gdb to the DECStation 3100 (mips chip)? 3. Can gdb be made to print out structs one elt per line showing nested struct with indentation like dbx? Can someone point me at the routine to hack if I need to do this myself? 4. Why do I sometimes but not always get the message "no memory for string constant" when doing something like set fp = fopen("foo.out","w")? 5. Why do I sometimes get the message "virtual memory exhausted"? 6. Why does the expression print func(arg, arg, arg) not always produce the same value when called several times in a row? Somtimes I have to say p ualarm(0,0) 4 or 5 times before it works? *. All questions relate to gdb 3.1.2 on a Sun 3/60 running SunOS 3.4. *.
