I've put together a non-80386 executable, and hope to move it to prep
within the next couple of days.  I apologize again for having
distributed an 80386-only executable.

I don't particularly feel like shelling out many hundreds of dollars
for a second DOS C environment, although I realize MSC is at least as
much of a standard as Turbo C.  If someone would send me a list of
changes required to get Ghostscript to build under MSC, and the
changes don't make it difficult to build under Turbo C, I'll put them
in release 1.4.
