Before the moderated newgroup message can be issued, the "backbone"
mail forwarders must be updated.  This hasn't happened yet.  If you
respected the early, non-moderated newgroup message, you'll have to do
it again when the correct one appears in a week or two.  It's no big
extra deal, but forewarned is forearmed...
