Subject: GMT time stamp in NEWS

(I am running v5.7 news... still...)

I have noticed that the time stamp for my news items is always GMT, even though
I am US Eastern time zone.  Does NEWS support any sort of translation to GMT or
the ability to at least put the proper time zone in?
