Geoff,  I have one more feature I'd like...

    It seems like every time I have to kill a SKIM job, I have some problem
of one kind or another...   What I'd like to see is for NEWS to declare an
exit handler using $DCLEXH when a skim is started, so that I can issue
a $FORCEX to the skim job to tell it to clean up and exit, closing files
properly.  Would this be easy to do?
