I've been averaging about 550-600 cps from uunet.  This is in contrast to
800-850 cps from a local site.  I normally call uunet about 3 AM ET on the
800 number.  I tried calling this morning about 10 AM, and got 840 cps on
about 90 kbytes.  Perhaps uunet is swamped overnight when the rates are 
lower?
