Amos,

	You are right.  For some reason the mailing that I received
had everything marked as July.  Perhaps there is an error in the
reformatting program used.  I will notify Martin Richardson at IRL
Press and try to find out what went wrong.  I apologize to the rest of
our readers for the confusion.  I will edit the copy that we have on
the DEC and remail it to the list momentarily.
