Subject: Help with SysV/386 r3.2 modem control?

I'm using Enix 3.2 (identical, in this respect to AT&T 386 r3.2)
and I'm having a hard time making the COM1: port work with modem
control using a Trailblazer.

I appear to be missing the parts of the documentation explaining:
The use of ",M" in the UUCP Devices file
The use of "\m" and "\M" in the UUCP Dialers file

I am also unsure at this time what the best way to set Telebit
register S53 (how to present CD and DSR) in a way that the "modem
control" tty driver (minor device 127) likes best.
