I'm interested in optical character recognition (of Korean [Hangul]).
I'm thought about using neural networks to do this, but I don't really
know much about OCR or neural networks.

I'm looking for introductory references and texts about either and
preferably about both subjects.  Also, if you think neural networks
aren't the way to go, I'd like suggestions (and referencese) about
other approaches.

Although I do read this group, it would probably be best to mail it
to me, and I'll summarize later.  Also, I will be loosing the use of
my account in a month, so please respond before then.
