Well my mail box is going to hate this, but here goes.  Given the current
situation of VPIC (Old version and second part missing, but SOON to be
reposted...)

If you like VPIC version 1.2 or never do get the second part,
send me email and I will try and get version 1.8 to you. 

I will NOT send the code directly, I will send email first to try
and guarentee the connection.  Once that is made I will ship the three
parts (I use three, I get less number of bounces from machines for
the size of the message).

Here goes (I have a couple of MB for my mbox)...
